Christiane Asuyi Lohaka,

With over 20 years of experience, Christiane Asuyi Lohaka is a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Social Worker offering psychotherapy services in both English and French. She is the founder of Chrislo Psychotherapy and Wellness, a practice rooted in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based care.
Christiane specializes in treating anxiety and depression through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of individuals, children, youth, and families. Her warm and non-judgmental approach creates a safe space for clients to explore their emotions, overcome challenges, and find renewed strength.
Throughout her career, Christiane has supported clients navigating complex emotional and relational issues, including:

Rebecca Wabischewich,

Rebecca brings compassion, curiosity, and understanding to the therapeutic relationship. This allows a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, supported, and enabled to explore your story or circumstances deeper. Together, you will work to untangle your thoughts, work through your feelings, and/or find reasonable solutions to struggles you are facing.
As a Registered Psychotherapist, Rebecca's work with clients is backed by evidence-based treatments and approaches to client care. Some of her most-used therapies include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic/analytic, client-centered, and solution-focused. Whether you are in need of support for anxiety (generalized or specific), obsessive-compulsive disorder or tendencies, or just need someone to talk to, Rebecca offers a warm yet professional space that will be tailored to you. Jeff Pascoe,
Registered Psychotherapist
Jeff is a licensed Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, youth, and families.
He holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Counselling and Psychology and is highly equipped to provide strategic, results-oriented treatment for anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, oppositional defiance disorder, and conduct issues. Stress management and healthy conflict resolution are central components of his work with both families and individuals.
Jeff has a strong passion for supporting young men (ages 15–65) who are experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety. He understands the challenges of navigating this stage of life and provides compassionate, practical guidance to help clients manage and thrive.
Trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities, Jeff also offers couples counselling using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). His approach is non-judgmental, caring, and supportive, with a focus on helping couples strengthen their connection and deepen their relationships.
With over two decades of practice in diverse settings, Jeff provides effective and compassionate care to individuals, couples, families, and adolescents.
